Community News

We are pleased to announce our new HOA Board of Directors: Tanesha Copening, Pierre Douglas, Michele Fuller, Laura Pitt and Tracey Thomas.

The Board of Directors also elected your 2019 Shipley Farm HOA Officers:

Tracey Thomas, President

Tanesha Copening, Vice President

Pierre Douglas, Treasurer

Laura Pitt, Secretary

It is an honor to be chosen to represent our community. We would also like to thank and commend our prior board members: Paulette Clark, Lisa Ware, Therman Evans (Vice President) and Cheryl Jenkins (President) for their service. They dedicated countless hours to the improvement of our community and approached their service with a passion and tenacity that is truly appreciated.

As our new board gets acclimated into their positions, we will work diligently through our transition to continue to grow Shipley Farm into a thriving community. Our goal as your board is to maintain a clean environment with an appealing beauty that contributes to the good economics of home re-sale value. We strive for a community standard that protects the single most important asset, which is our home. It is also important to the new board that we earn your trust and have full transparency of actions taken on your behalf. Please know that we have an open door policy to all board meetings, excluding Executive Sessions. Your feedback, concerns and ideas are always welcomed.

During this time of transition, should you have any questions or concerns please refer to the following POC’s:
